Refund Policy

All merchandise being returned must be within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in the same condition as when they were delivered with tags still attached. After the 14 days have past, we will not accept any returns for a refund or store credit. All clearance items are final sale only & cannot be returned. 

Additional NON-returnable items: Gift Card Purchases 

To complete your return, we will require a receipt or prof of purchase.

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

once your return is received by us & inspected for acceptance, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied back to your credit, debit card or original form of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

if you have not received a refund yet, please first check with your bank. Then contact your credit card company. It may take several business days to process & officially post. 

Next contact your bank. The is usually some processing time before a refund amount will post. If you have done all of this already and you still have not received a refund yet, please contact us at : woodswalker.products@yahoo.com

 

SALE ITEMS (If applicable) 

Only regular priced items may be refunded.

Unfortunately sale items are non-returnable & cannot be refunded!

 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

Exchanges are not permitted. 

 

GIFTS

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed directly to you.

If the item was NOT marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped directly to themselves to gift to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are NON-refundable. If you receive a refund, the sort of return shipping will be deducted.

Depending on where you live, the amount of time it may take for your exchanged or returned products to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a tracking method of shipping or purchase shipping insurance. We DON'T guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
